FLEXIBLE PROJECT RESOURCING
Venturehaus has a strong team of highly competent and experienced Operational Excellence, Lean and Lean Six Sigma consultants, project managers, analysts, trainers, and coaches. In addition to their functional and technical expertise, all of our team members are experts in implementing process improvements and change in financial services specifically. Our team comprises specialists in the front, middle and back offices of all sectors of the financial services industry, such as retail and wholesale banking, insurance, life assurance and pensions, and investment management.
These resources are available, either individually or in small teams, to provide assistance, project assurance, and project support on an interim contract basis. Where a financial institution finds that it does not have the time, the capacity, or, sometimes, the skill-set, to address a particular requirement in the on-going management and/or change of its operations, these resources can support an existing client programme or provide business-as-usual coverage, and/or manage a particular operational intervention, change, or other project.
The provision of experienced interim contractors, project managers or analysts can thus accelerate existing improvement activities, or fill a resource gap in critical projects or existing operations, or conduct analysis on an arising burning issue, when these cannot be readily achieved with internal resources.
All resources provided by Venturehaus on an interim contract basis have been vetted and are well-known to us through having worked with us. We have verified that they are accredited at the appropriate competency level (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, etc) and that they have relevant experience in the area of financial services into which they are assigned.
Contracts can be arranged for periods from one week to 12 months, on a fixed or rolling basis. Our resources are available to work flexibly to suit all client requirements, and can work from between 1-2 days a week up to 5 days a week, either on-site or off-site.
